Jack's Club
Jack’s Club is an intimate, modern cabaret and dining experience that evokes the nostalgic glamour of New York City’s cabarets.
Rooted in a rich jazz legacy, Jack's Club draws inspiration from The St. Regis New York, which served as a storied destination for the city's most celebrated jazz musicians, artists and tastemakers of its era.
Sip on Prohibition-era themed cocktails such as the Tuxedo #29 and Ash and Oak, paired with refined bar bites including Red Prawn Crudo and Sakoshi Bay Oysters. Live music entertainment takes the form of a four-piece jazz band led by Richard Jackson, before DJ CandiceB takes over and carries the energy into the after-hours, as Jack's Club reimagines the timeless allure of jazz lounges and supper clubs in true St. Regis style.

Zero-Waste Bloody Mary Masterclass
Begin with a tasting of the legendary Red Snapper Bloody Mary, first perfected in 1934 at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar by famed bartender Fernand Petiot.
Building on this heritage, learn how to create your own DIY zero waste Bloody Mary—discovering how every part of a tomato, from pulp to skin, can be transformed into a flavorful cocktail component.
This creative exercise highlights how kitchen scraps can be repurposed into delicious garnishes and infusions, inspiring a more eco conscious approach to everyday entertaining.
The masterclass concludes with tastings of two signature cocktail creations; The Straits Mary, our local interpretation of the Bloody Mary, and the Singa Supper Club, another sustainably prepared cocktail that showcases inventive ingredient reuse. Together, these experiences empower guests to embrace sustainability without sacrificing taste or elegance.

The Straits Mary
Travel back to 1934 when the recipe for an exquisite vodka-and-tomato juice cocktail was perfected by barman Fernand Petiot at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar. The Straits Mary is our new iteration of the cocktail - a smoky deconstructed riff featuring bak kwa-infused whisky, chilli padi, and a medley of spices.
