Travel back to 1934 when the recipe for an exquisite vodka-and-tomato juice cocktail was perfected by famed barman Fernand Petiot at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar. Till today, the Bloody Mary remains the signature cocktail. We celebrate our Chilli Padi Bloody Mary - inspired by Singapore’s vibrant cuisines.

Described first by American essayist Bernard Devoto in his 1948 work “The Hour: A Cocktail Manifesto”, it describes the period of time between day and night, the twilight shift between the stress of work and sinking into the relaxation of the night; where the first cocktail is enjoyed and any magic seems possible.
