As part of The St. Regis Bar Singapore’s first anniversary celebrations, we welcome Philip Bischoff, Beverage Manager of the award‑winning BKK Social Club - a regular feature on the World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists, and Gabriel Martin Carlos, Co‑Founder of The Basement Cebu, renowned for its refined cocktails which hero Cebu’s local identity.

The duo will reunite with Head Bartender, Kelvin Saquilayan of The St. Regis Bar Singapore for a night of cocktail revelry – all three had previously worked together at Manhattan Bar Singapore.

Discover exceptional cocktail creations inspired by their distinctive backgrounds and shared passion for craftsmanship, complemented by live DJ entertainment throughout the evening.

The St. Regis Bar Singapore presents an exclusive bar takeover by Kohaku as part of our month‑long anniversary celebrations, which will bring the flavours of Tainan to Singapore.

Known for combining their cocktails with sensory storytelling, Kohaku uses tea, coffee, herbs, flowers and Taiwanese flavours to create distinctive drinking experiences. Rossell Hu, Founder of Kohaku, and Taiwan champion of the 2026 Woodford Reserve The Wonderful Race, will be behind the stick. 

Discover Rossell's signature creations, including the Bubble Tea Old Fashioned and Apple Eye, both of which were his winning cocktails in the 2026 Woodford Reserve The Wonderful Race.

Closing out The St. Regis Bar Singapore’s month-long first anniversary celebrations is Alice Cheongdam, ranked No. 13 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026. Inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, this acclaimed speakeasy in Seoul is renowned for its imaginative approach to cocktails. 

Leading the takeover are Terry Kim, Founder and Owner of Alice Cheongdam, and Loni Kim, Head Bartender. Together, they will present a curated selection of playful creations that celebrate contemporary Korean cocktail craftsmanship, imaginative presentation and innovative techniques.

Please join us in supporting Head Bartender, Kelvin Saquilayan as he competes in the Campari Red Hands 2026, an international bartending competition that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and storytelling through the iconic Italian aperitif.

Inspired by this year's theme, Contrast, Kelvin has created two original cocktails that reflect his personal journey in hospitality while drawing inspiration from Singapore's distinct food and beverage culture. Each creation places Campari at its heart, exploring the interplay between tradition and innovation, local influences and global cocktail heritage.

The Second Shift
A deeply personal expression of Kelvin's career transition from barista to bartender, The Second Shift explores contrast through temperature, texture and flavour. Crafted with Campari, cascara-infused Cinzano Bianco, hot raspberry buttered beer and cold Earl Grey cream, the cocktail brings together warm and chilled elements in a single serve.

Evenings are meant to be savoured. Embrace the elegance of the evening with Golden Hour, where we celebrate the transition from day to night with handcrafted cocktails in an ambience of timeless sophistication.

Savour cocktails such as the Basil Smash, Gold Rush and Mexican Firing Squad, alongside house wines, beers and prosecco.
