Zero-Waste Bloody Mary Masterclass
Building on this heritage, learn how to create your own DIY zero waste Bloody Mary—discovering how every part of a tomato, from pulp to skin, can be transformed into a flavorful cocktail component. This creative exercise highlights how kitchen scraps can be repurposed into delicious garnishes and infusions, inspiring a more eco conscious approach to everyday entertaining.
The masterclass concludes with tastings of two signature cocktail creations; The Straits Mary, our local interpretation of the Bloody Mary, and the Singa Supper Club, another sustainably prepared cocktail that showcases inventive ingredient reuse. Together, these experiences empower guests to embrace sustainability without sacrificing taste or elegance.
