The American Whiskey & Chocolate Bonbon Pairing Flight presents each whiskey alongside handcrafted chocolate bonbons by Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan, thoughtfully crafted to complement and elevate the unique character of each whiskey. Discover Sazerac Rye paired with a Smoked Pineapple Bonbon which balances notes of tropical fruit, smoke, and spice; Buffalo Trace Bourbon is paired with a Maple Pecan Bonbon to bring out the notes of caramel and nuttiness in the Bourbon; while Eagle Rare 10 Year is paired with an Apricot Bonbon to accentuate the elegant notes of dried fruit, honey and oak in the whiskey.
Alternatively, savour the Classic American Cocktail Flight, which features tasting portions of three iconic American cocktails - the Gold Rush, Manhattan, and Mint Julep.
